2020 vision

The company Board of Directors has adopted a 5-year strategic plan (2015-2020) “Diversity and growth are the key attributes of this era”.

The plan aims at transforming the company from the local market leadership into an important player in the regional market that includes Middle East and Africa.

The plan aims at achieving a total quantitative growth of 25%, with sales at the end of the plan exceeding 130 thousand tons and value growth for the 2013 base year prices.

Despite the company interest in all market segments, its emphasis on offering products at different price levels, its emphasis on the leadership of certain markets, and enhancing its market shares in all types, the strategy includes clear indications of interest in specific types of products (construction paints, industrial paints, wood paints, car paints types, specialized solvents, thinner types) as the most developed, as well as interest in particular markets.

The plan also aims at achieving efficiency in using maximum productive capacity in factories to be at least 100% in any production lines.
